1. Services

Mercy House Elite Gutters provides gutter-related services, which may include gutter installation, replacement, repair, cleaning, maintenance, downspout services, and other related exterior services.

The specific services, materials, pricing, and scope of work provided to each customer will be described in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, or service agreement.

We reserve the right to determine whether a requested service is appropriate for a particular property based on site conditions, accessibility, safety, materials, weather, and other relevant factors.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate or quote provided by Mercy House Elite Gutters is based on the information and conditions reasonably available to us at the time of the estimate.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are subject to change if unforeseen conditions are discovered, including but not limited to:

• Hidden structural damage

• Rot or deterioration

• Improperly installed existing gutters or drainage systems

• Difficult or unsafe access

• Additional materials or labor required

• Conditions that were not visible during the initial inspection

Any significant change to the scope or price of work will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and work areas at the scheduled time.

Customers should notify Mercy House Elite Gutters of any conditions that could affect access or the performance of the work, including gates, pets, security systems, locked areas, tenant restrictions, or other access limitations.

Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, material availability, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be provided in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms stated on the customer's invoice.

The customer is responsible for all approved charges associated with the services provided. Any applicable deposits, material charges, additional work, or change orders will be handled according to the applicable agreement.

Mercy House Elite Gutters reserves the right to suspend or delay work when an account becomes past due.

5. Changes to the Scope of Work

Requests for additional work or changes to the originally agreed scope may result in additional labor and material charges.

Where reasonably possible, additional work will be discussed with and approved by the customer before it is performed.

Changes requested by the customer may also affect the project completion date.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services.

• Provide reasonable access to the work area.

• Remove or protect personal property near the work area when requested.

• Inform us of known hazards or property conditions that may affect the work.

• Obtain any permissions or approvals that are the customer's responsibility.

• Make payments according to the agreed terms.

Mercy House Elite Gutters is not responsible for damage to items that the customer was instructed to remove or protect but failed to do so.

7. Property Conditions

Gutter installation and related exterior work may require ladders, tools, equipment, and access to roofs, fascia, soffits, walls, and other portions of a property.

Existing structures and materials may have pre-existing deterioration, damage, defects, or improper construction that may not be visible before work begins.

We will make reasonable efforts to identify significant issues discovered during the course of our work and will communicate with the customer when additional work or repairs may be necessary.

8. Weather and Unforeseen Conditions

Because our services are performed outdoors, weather and site conditions may affect scheduling and completion.

Mercy House Elite Gutters may postpone, reschedule, or modify work when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the work being performed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, material shortages, supplier delays, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Warranties

Any workmanship or product warranty offered by Mercy House Elite Gutters will be stated in the applicable written estimate, proposal, invoice, or warranty documentation.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Unless specifically provided in writing, Mercy House Elite Gutters does not guarantee that existing structures, drainage systems, roofing systems, fascia, soffits, or other pre-existing components are free from defects.

10. Repairs and Existing Systems

When repairing or modifying an existing gutter or drainage system, we may be required to work with materials and components that were installed by another contractor or homeowner.

Mercy House Elite Gutters cannot guarantee the performance of pre-existing components that are not replaced as part of the contracted work.

Where applicable, we may recommend replacement rather than repair when existing components are significantly deteriorated or unsuitable for continued use.

11. Website Information
